About the event
Come join us for a free trial lesson in Hung Gar Kung Fu. We will meet for an hour or so for an introduction to traditional Kung Fu training in open air, where participants will either mask or social distance.
Kung Fu is an excellent workout, but this is not an outdoor boot camp, neither is it a combat sport. This event is an introduction to traditional martial arts training methods. Teens through adults welcome. Feel free to invite friends and family!
I will park near shelter 2 in Bull Run Park, and I plan to arrive early. I'll be warming up in the grassy area near the playground and the restroom.
